VALLETTA: Malta is preparing to host its first annual competitive, accredited international film festival, the Valletta Film Festival, taking place from 16 to 21 June 2015.

Polish director Bodo Kox’s The Girl from the Wardrobe won the best feature film prize at the 24th Mediawave film festival in Hungary.
