Croatian 2011 Film Grants AnnouncedZAGREB: The Croatian Audiovisual Center (HAVC, www.havc.hr ) selected five feature films for co-funding at its 19th session on 27 June 2011. A total of HRK 2,200,000 was distributed. The five, all live action films, have completed production and are expected to be screened in the national edition of the 58th Pula Film Festival (www.pulafilmfestival.hr), 16-23 July 2011.
Croatia Announces Grants for 2011ZAGREB: The Croatian Audiovisual Centre (HAVC, www.havc.hr) has announced almost 5 million euros in film grants for 2011. Six feature films will share 3 million euros. Grants were also awarded for full length documentaries, short fiction and documentary films, debut feature films, project and script development, animation, and experimental films.
Croatia Awards Coproduction Grants for 2011ZAGREB: The Croatian Audiovisual Centre (HAVC, www.havc.hr ) has awarded over 500,000 euros in grants for Croatian coproductions. Grants were given to five feature, documentary, and animation films, and one minority co-production, Peter Greenaway's Goltzius and the Pelican Company.
