FESTIVALS: Application Open for Second Edition of Svaneti International Film Festival

    OPEN Call for short films! The 2nd Svaneti International Film Festival will be held on July 10-16, in Svaneti, Mestia, Georgia (Recognized UNESCO World Heritage Site).

    The festival is supported by the General Sponsor Ministry of Culture, Sports and Youth of Georgia, Georgian National Film Center, Teliani Valley, Georgian National Tourism Administration, Hotel POSTA in Mestiaand Mestia Municipality.

    The film festival is organized by director Mariam Khatchvani and Teimuraz Chkhvimiani.

    The second edition will be presented –Short Film Competition, Masterclasses, Pitching forums, and Special screenings.

    Svaneti International Film Festival prides itself on providing an opportunity for young talented directors, producers, and writers from all over the world to learn and showcase their work together in an exciting international environment.

    Svaneti International Film Festival announces a short film competition.

    Terms of participation in the competition:

    The competition is open to both professional directors.

    The deadline for film registration is May 30th, 2022.

    The max length of the film should be 30 minutes (with English titles).

    The competition will include short films of any genre, including animated and documentary films.

    The winner will be awarded a unique prize of the SIFF - Goddess Dali.
