The 45th Antalia Golden Orange (October 10-19) film festival is screening 15 films in its main competition line-up.

This year Antalya, the fruitful soil of the ancient mythology is embracing the Cinema, the mythology of modern times for the 45th time. Antalya Golden Orange Film Festival is the first national film festival organized in Turkey for 44 consecutive years; this prestigious national event has celebrated and supported the Turkish Film industry through its film competition and annual Golden Orange Award Ceremony. As one of the longest running festivals of Europe dedicated to celebrate the cinema, it became a multi-dimensional event of international identity, accommodating International Eurasia Film Festival and Eurasia Film Market since 2005. With its renewed concept, vision and philosophy launched due to the initiative of the new Festival Committee TURSAK (The Turkish Foundation of Cinema and Audiovisual Culture), the Golden Orange not only provides leisure time to its participants but also features a glamorous come-together for cinema professionals and stars from all around the world with its screenings, workshops, red carpet celebrations, Q&A sessions, thematic music concerts and exhibitions related to cinema, and exciting parties.
