FESTIVALS: CineLink Announces Second Part of 2017 Selection

    SARAJEVO: Seven more feature film projects in development, including projects from Bulgaria, Georgia, Macedonia, Romania, Serbia and Slovenia, have been chosen to complete in the 2017 selection of Sarajevo Film Festival’s CineLink Co-production Market.

    After announcing the first seven projects that will be presented at CineLink Co-production Market this year in March, Sarajevo Film Festival announced seven more projects by established directors, which are in the advanced stages of development and financing.

    Asked to comment on the complicated selection process that took place over several months and the result they came to, Amra Bakšić Čamo, Head of CineLink said: “It is a great pleasure to see this year’s CineLink programme taking shape. Over the two phases of selection we have encountered numerous projects that feature relevant narratives and are expressions of brave voices and the variety of work going on in the regional film industry.”
