Bosnia and Herzegovina Signs Coproduction Agreement with France

By

SARAJEVO: Bosnia and Herzegovina has signed a coproduction agreement with France during the 24th Sarajevo Film Festival. The agreement aims at modernising the legal framework for coproductions between the two countries.

The agreement, which updates a coproduction agreement from 1975, reduces the share of each partner country's participation in a coproduction from 30% to 10%. Also from now on films coproduced by both countries will be treated as national films by each of them.

The agreement has been signed by the Bosnian Minister of Civil Affairs Adil Osmanović and the French ambassador in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Guillaume Rousson.
