Dzift, the award-winning neo-noir film debut from Bulgarian director Javor Gardev, is near to closing a deal to sell rights for a Hollywood remake.
According to reports in local media, the deal has been in discussion for almost one year. HBO acquired broadcast rights to the film in May. Details about the deal have not be released. The film is based on the novel of the same name by Vladislav Todorov who is again partnering with Gardev for their second film project. |
