SOFIA: Goodnight Sofia from Italian writer/director Leonardo Moro, finished filming in Bulgaria. The film is produced by Italian company BBM film (brownbunnymagazine.wordpress.com/bbm-film).
The cast includes Bulgarian actress Nikolina Yancheva (Eastern Plays). The film takes place on the last night of a girl's stay in Sofia, with the Bulgarian capital as a place to start over, and as a city of "poetry and imagination." The film is now in postproduction for a 2012 release. |
