Life in a Fishbowl by Baldvin ZophoníassonPRAGUE: The winner of the Febiofest is Life in a Fishbowl, directed by Baldvin Zophoníasson. The film is a coproduction between Iceland, Finland, Sweden and the Czech Republic and produced by Axman Productions in the Czech Republic. Life in a Fishbowl presents a naturalistic view of life in Reykjavik during the economic crisis, where the heroine, a mother and teacher, must moonlight as a prostitute.
This year's Febiofest was attended by more than 62,000 visitors. The jury was headed by Vlasta Chramostová, the prolific Czech cinema actress.
