FESTIVALS: Nowhere to Hide Wins One World 2017

    PRAGUE: Nowhere to Hide by Zaradasht Ahmed was awarded best film in the international competition of the 19th One World International Human Rights Documentary Film Festival, that took place from 6 to 15 March 2017.

    Twelve films screened in the International Competition, thirteen films competed for the Václav Havel Jury Award in the Right to Know section and twelve domestic documentaries were selected for the newly established Czech Competition.

    One World in Prague screened 114 documentaries and seven virtual reality projects. After concluding in Prague, the festival will travel to other towns from the Czech Republic. The winner of the Audience Award will be announced on 15 March 2017.
