Applications are open until 21 September 2018.

The programme focuses primarily on creative teams from Central and Eastern Europe, the Balkans, the Baltic countries and the wider Mediterranean area. The programme will consist of teams including producers, directors and writers, along with a script development trainee, from four short film projects.

Two one-week long workshops will take place in Trieste, in January 2019, and in Lithuania in collaboration with the Lithuanian Film Centre in May 2019.
