| Jan Nemec's Holka Ferrari Dino will open the Fresh Film Festival in Karlovy Vary on August 27, following an internet premiere. The film is based on the 1968 Soviet invasion of Czechoslovakia, when Nemec's short documentary of the invasion was smuggled out of the country by an Italian woman and later shown on television news programs around the world. The internet screening will take place on August 21, the 40th anniversary of the invasion. | |
