Nova TV director Petr Dvořák was promoted to vice president of CME, leaving the Czech station without a director.

"Staying at Nova would have been a conflict of interest," said Dvořák. In his new position, he oversees TV general directors throughout CME.

The position of Director General of TV Nova still remains unfilled. However, Nova confirmed a few weeks back that Dvořák would stay at Nova.

Miloslava Nováková, the marketing director, is said to be Dvořák's most likely replacement.
