| Russian channel surpasses local ETV |

| PBK, a Russian language station owned by Russian broadcaster Pervyi Kanal, has moved up to second place in Estonia's TV ratings. The Russian channel bested Estonian channel ETV, the country's public broadcasting station, with 12.6% and 11.8% respectively. The TMS Emor survey results were reported by Baltic Business News. TV 3, owned by Modern Times Group, is the country's leading channel. | |
