Hungary Approves Digital Film Archives

    BUDAPEST: An amendment to Hungary's film law has been approved, allowing the Hungarian National Film Archives to be transformed into the Hungarian National Digital Archive (MaNDA).

    A digital portal for the archive will be ready in late 2011. The new archive will make materials more accessible to the public.
