The 12 winning projects include two feature films, four documentaries and six animation films. Nine of the 12 projects are already in production.

More than half of the budget (500,393 EUR) was granted to feature films. Jānis Nords’s The Survavilst / Arputāmuzlūpām, produced by Tasse Film, received 292,393 EUR while Aik Karapetian’s thriller Firstborn / Pirmdzimtais by Locomotive Productions received 208,000 EUR. A total of 36 projects were submitted. The grants were announced on 9 April 2015.
