SNORAS announces media investment

The Lithuanian SNORAS Group announced that it acquired a 34% stake in Lietuvos rytas, the largest Lithuanian mass media group.

Lietuvos rytas operates the national TV channel Lietuvos rytas and the internet news portal lrytas.lt. as well as a newspaper and magazines.

SNORAS Group (www.snoras.com) becomes the largest investor in Lietuvos rytas, which it acquired under its newly established company SNORO Media Investicijos.
