University of Warsaw will Host an International Conference on Film and Media Education

    WARSAW: The international conference Film and media education in Poland and the world – systemic solutions and case studies will be held at the Library of the University of Warsaw on 6 and 7 May 2015.

    The focus will be on various topics: film education authoring curriculums, film education and festivals, local initiatives in film and media education, new challenges in film education. The programme also includes a projection of short films prepared by the Foundation of the Cultural Education Ad Arte from Poznan.

    The opening speeches will be held by Anna Sienkiewicz-Rogowska from the Polish Film Institute, Aleksandra Leszczyńska from Creative Europe Desk Poland and Filip Trziszka from 3D Mind Sp. z o.o., which is the sponsor of the conference. Krzysztof Kopczyński from the University of Warsaw, Eureka Media, will announce the conference’s goals and objectives.
