After a premiere gala in Warsaw on June 15, the highly anticipated new comedy from hit-maker Jacek Bromski U Pana Boga Za Miedzą enters the cinemas across Poland.
U Pana Boga Za Miedzą is the third and last part of a popular Polish comedy cycle created by Bromski, the renowned director and head of the Polish Filmmakers Association (www.sfp.org.pl). The previous parts of the cycle titled U Pana Boga Za Piecem ( Snug as a Bug...) and U Pana Boga w Ogródku ( God's Little Garden) were both major box office successes where Bromski embraced the local tradition and humor of the Polish provinces.

In the third part of the comedy series, Bromski once again portrays the life of a small community of Królowy Most, this time torn by the political struggle of the mayoral elections. U Pana Boga Za Miedzą was shot on location August through October, 2008.

The movie was produced by Studio Filmowe OKO (www.sfoko.com.pl) and co-produced by PTV-Film Agency (Telewizja Polska - Agencja Filmowa, www.tvp.pl), The Documentary and Feature Films Studio (www.wfdif.com.pl) and Vision Film Distribution (www.vision.pl) company with a budget of over 4.9 million PLN ( €1.1 million ). 2.4 million PLN (€530,000) of the production budget was financed by the Polish Film Institute (www.pisf.pl).
