KARLOVY VARY: Karlovy Vary IFF together with MIDPOINT, Trieste FF and When East Meets West launched a training and development programme for emerging talents from Central and Eastern Europe. The programme will scout the most talented filmmakers and producers of the future.
The programme will feature two workshops focusing on project development, including financing and coproduction opportunities, a brand new project market and a follow up session, all throughout a year. Feature film projects of at least nine teams of writers, directors and producers will be selected every year.
