Eurimages Supports Six Projects from CEE Countries

TBILISI: The Board of Management of the Council of Europe's Eurimages Fund distributed 3,188,000 EUR to 11 fiction and one documentary film project, including six projects from CEE countries, at its 153rd meeting held in Tbilisi from 10 to 13 December 2018.

In the framework of the Distribution Support Programme, 23 requests for payment submitted by 14 distributors will be fulfilled by an amount of 167,337 EUR. They include the distribution in Turkey for Mug by Malgorzata Szumowska and Touch Me Not by Adina Pintilie.

As Montenegro joins Eurimages on 1 January 2019, coproduction projects involving a producer from Montenegro can be submitted for examination at forthcoming meetings of the Fund’s Board of Management.
