VIENNA: Director Timo Novotny is prparing a spring 2012 release for the Austrian documentary Trains of Thought.

The 500,000 euro film is produced by Ulrich Gehmacher and Orbrock Filmproduction (www.orbrock.com ).

Trains of Thought is "an audio-visual essay, which reflects upon and copares metro systems around the world." The film is set in New York, Moscow, Vienna, Tokyo, and Berlin. 

The 89-minute film is a high concept production co-written by Novotmy and Jacob Barth, presented in Enblish, Chinese, Japanese and Russian.
