| Strong web usage in CEE territories |

An IAB report shows heavy web usage among users in CEE territories, compared with West European counterparts.
Romanians have the lowest internet access, at just 32%, compared with Norway topping the charts at 85%. CEE users are also online for longer periods, with 33% logging in sessions of three hours or more. Wireless connection shows room for growth in the region. Hungary is especially weak in this area, with only 19% of homes accessing wireless connection, as opposed to cable. Online entertainment is popular in the CEE region. In Hungary, Poland and Romania, 49% watch online TV and video. Hungarians are the top social network users, with 65% having viewed or updated a profile within three months, followed by Romanians at 61% and Poles at 56%.
