BUCHAREST: Cultural, artistic and entertainment open-air activities will be allowed in Romania for a maximum of 2,500 persons starting 1 July 2021. The number of people allowed during outdoor cultural activities has increased from 1,000 to 2,500.

Admission to these activities will be allowed only for people who have been vaccinated, tested negative, or who were previously infected with the Coronavirus. A distance of two square metres should be kept between participants.

Cultural, artistic and entertainment open-air activities are allowed for more than 2,500 persons only if all the persons have been vaccinated.

No decision has been made for indoor activities, which will continue to follow the resolution from 1 June 2021 stating that cultural and artistic events are allowed indoors in Romania at 70% of the capacity to people who have been vaccinated, tested negative, or who were previously infected with the Coronavirus.
