SPI International signed a deal with Romtelecom, the largest telecommunications company in Romania, last week.

Romtelecom will start with two movie channels FilmBox and FilmBox HD along with a fashion channel FashionBox HD.  The channels will be broadcasted both on DTH platform and IPTV service, with the first FilmBox channel available within a few weeks.

This is the second contract signed by SPI in July, the first was with Spain. "In July we won two strong partners: Spanish Vertice 360 and Romanian Romtelecom. We hope that this dynamics of our development will be maintained in the future," said Piotr Reisch, CEO of SPI International Poland, owner of the family FilmBox channels.

At the moment FilmBox channels are broadcasted in Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia.
