FESTIVALS: The House Awarded at Palm Springs

BRATISLAVA: Slovakia noted its first festival win of the year with Zuzana Liova's debut film The House (www.fogndesirefilms.com), which won the New Voices / New Visions Award at the Palm Springs IFF.

The film now heads to the 23rd Alpe Adria IFF in Trieste (19-25 January 2012). Slovakia will also be sending the animated short film Who's There?, as well as a selection of four student films.
