Slovakia announces coproduction forum

MEDIA Desk Slovakia (www.mediadeskslovakia.eu) and the European Documentary Network (www.edn.dk) are organising a one-day ‘Co-Producing Documentaries in Europe' seminar and workshop focusing on the opportunities for documentaries on the European market. It will take place on Friday, September 10, 2010, in Kursalon, Piestany, Slovakia.

The seminar is designed for producers and documentary filmmakers from Slovakia and neighbouring countries. It will include a workshop focusing on the development of 5-6 selected projects.

The deadline for submitting projects for selection is July 20 while the registration deadline for participation in the seminar is August 20.
