| SPI International launches 8 HD channels with Satellite BG in Bulgaria |

Sofia/London, 19 December 2011 - SPI TV Ltd. UK, an SPI International Group company announced today the closure of a contract with the Bulgarian Direct-To-Home platform, Satellite BG operating from one of the most popular ASTRA orbital positions, namely ASTRA 23.5 East, also used by the Czech and Slovak CS Link, Skylink, the Czech T-Mobile TV and the Dutch Canal Digitaal. Satellite BG will launch the SPI channel bouquet called Filmbox Package consisting of eight unique HD channels: Filmbox HD, Filmbox Action HD, Fightbox HD, Docubox HD, Fashionbox HD, Erox HD, Eroxx HD and Eroxxx HD. The bouquet will enrich the existing HD offer available to Satellite BG customers in Bulgaria. "Our cooperation with the SPI International Group will allow us to provide our customers with completely new channels in HD technology and possibly 3D in the future. The Filmbox Package offers a variety of attractive programming bringing our viewers fresh movie channels, documentaries, lifestyle and erotic content.
