SARAJEVO: Croatian writer/director Bobo Jelčić will be presenting his next project All Alone at CineLink Work-in-Progress, set to take place from 14 to 16 August 2017 in the framework of Sarajevo Film Festival’s CineLink Industry Days. Sarajevo FF will take place from 11 to 18 August 2017.
All Alone is a story about Marko who, after a divorce, gets driven to the brink by limited contact with his daughter, who lives with her mother. Wanting to spend more time with her, he starts ex-parte proceedings and ends up in the Kafkaesque world of the social-services system.
All Alone is a Croatian/Bosnian and Herzegovinian coproduction between Zdenka Gold through Spiritus Movens and Alem Babić through Dokument.
Jelčić finished shooting in spring 2017 and is now in the editing stage. The film is expected to be finalised by January 2018.
The producers hope to raise additional funds for the postproduction at CineLink Work-in-Progress and to find a sales agent. All rights are available for the film except for the rights to ex-Yu countries.
