He started his career as a production leader and unit manager in the 70’s before becoming a production manager. After 1990 he became a producer and founded Ro de Film and Paradox Film.

He produced Radu Potcoavă's Happy End (2006), Marius Theodor Barna's Beyond America/Dincolo de America (2008), Cornel George Popa's My Sexual Life/Viaţa mea sexuală (2010), and Cătălin Apostol's Humility/Umilinţa (2011).

His latest productions are expected to open in 2014: the features Portraits in the Forrest/Portrete în pădure by Dinu Tănase, To Paris, with the ID/Cu buletinul la Paris by Şerban Marinescu, The Gentleman from the Courtyard/Domnul de la curte by Cornel Gheorghiţă, and Ana by Alexa Visarion; and the documentary Niascharian (Let's Revive)/Niascarian (Să renaştem) by Leonardo Tonitza.
