FNE at CentEast Warsaw: Georgian-Russian Summer of Frozen Fountains in Postproduction

WARSAW: Summer of Frozen Fountains, a drama directed by Vano Burduli, will premeire internationally at Tallinn Black Nights IFF. The film was showcased at the CentEast Warsaw Works in Progress.

In Summer of Frozen Fountains, Burduli intertwines five stories about the search for happiness and the need for reflection. A cast comprised of several dozen people brings together a mosaic of life in Georgia.

"We shot the film last summer in Tbilisi and now we are already in the sound postproduction stage," Burduli told FNE.

The film is produced by Studio 29+7 and Film Company CTB with a budget of 210,000 EUR and financial support from Georgian National Film Center.
