BERLIN: Margarita Stoykova (Bulgaria), Džiugas Grinys (Lithuania), Kamila Urzędowska (Poland) and Salome Demuria (Georgia) are among the ten European Shooting Stars 2024 presented by European Film Promotion (EFP) at the 74th Berlin International Film Festival.

BERLIN: Arcadia, the second feature film by Greek director Yorgos Zois, will have its world premiere in the Encounters competition section of the 74th Berlin IFF (15 – 25 February 2024). Beta Cinema has already picked up the rights for this Greek/Bulgarian/US coproduction, except for Greece and Bulgaria.

BERLIN: New majority and minority coproductions directed by Levan Akin, Andrei Cohn, Roman Bondarchuk and Zuza Banasińska have been announced in the Panorama, Forum and Forum Expanded sections of the 74th edition of the Berlin International Film Festival (15 – 25 February 2024).

BERLIN: The documentary I’m Not Everything I Want to Be by Klára Tasovská was selected for Panorama Dokumente, while Maria's Silence by Dāvis Sīmanis and the documentary Mother and Daughter by Lana Gogoberidze were selected for the Forum section of the 74th edition of the Berlin International Film Festival. The festival will be held 15 – 25 February 2024.
