The Invisible Fight and Smoke Sauna Sisterhood Share Estonian Film Awards for 2023

    TALLINN: Rainer Sarnet’s comedy The Invisible Fight and Smoke Sauna Sisterhood by Anna Hints won most of the film awards, with nine and four trophies respectively, at the Estonian Film and Television Awards, organised by the Estonian Film Institute.

    The Invisible Fight received nine awards including Best Film, Best Screenplay, Best Actress and Best Actor, while Smoke Sauna Sisterhood was awarded in the Best Documentary, Best Director, Best Cinematographer and Best Sound categories.

    Film editor Kersti Miilen was presented with the Award for Contribution to the Estonian Film Industry.

    The ceremony was held on 12 April 2024.
