FESTIVALS: Krakow FF Announces 2016 Competition Films

    KRAKOW: Nineteen films will compete in the main documentary film competition of the 56th Krakow Film Festival. The films represent 18 countries and three continents, and include four films from Poland.

    The festival, which runs 29 May – 5 June, also has an international competition of short films and three national Polish competition sections for feature films, documentary films and animated films. Non-competition Polish films are screened in the Polish panorama programme.

    The first film in the international documentary competition, 21 x New York City by Piotr Stasik, will have its international premiere as the opening film of the festival.
