    19TH BLACK NIGHTS FILM FESTIVAL (PÖFF) November 13 - 29, 2015

    Black Nights Film Festival is the one of the largest and most known film festivals in North-Eastern Europe and the latest to join FIAPF's category of festivals with International Competition programme. PÖFF aims to present a comprehensive selection of the world cinema in all its diversity with the emphasis on European films. The festival embraces a cluster of events, accommodating three full-blown subfestivals (Just Film, Animated Dreams, Sleepwalkers) as well as international industry events bringing together filmmakers from all over the world.

    The festival includes three competition programmes
    • International Competition
    • Tridens First Film Competition
    • North-American indie-film competition

    Also included are a traditional film festival programme with documentaries and feature films as well as programmes for short films, retrospectives and film related special events (concerts, exhibitions, talks and more).
