THE BALTIC EVENT CO-PRODUCTION MARKET SHOWCASES 15 NEW FILM PROJECTS
The Baltic Event Co-Production Market returns from 19–21 November, presenting 15 new film projects, including debut works, fresh features, and compelling stories from acclaimed directors. For the second year, the selection also features films aimed at youth and children.
Since its launch in 2005, the Baltic Event Co-Production Market, held within Industry@Tallinn &; Baltic Event, has served as a key meeting point for feature films in development seeking co-producers, financiers, and sales agents. This year’s edition will host around 300 pre-arranged meetings with industry decision-makers.
The Best project of this years selection will be handed the Eurimages Co-Production Development Award which includes a non-reimbursable subsidy of €20,000 for feature-length fiction, animation, and documentary films, which must be used exclusively to cover the development expenses of the co-production project.
SCRIPT POOL COMPETITION HIGHLIGHTS FIVE OUTSTANDING SCRIPTS
We are excited to announce the five projects selected for this year’s Script Pool competition, showcasing diverse voices from Estonia, Latvia, Sweden, Czech Republic, and Spain – including the first-ever hybrid animation/live-action script, FLORA, When We Wish Upon a Star.
On 20 November, the creative teams of the projects will pitch to a jury of international sales agents, financiers, and co-producers. One project will be awarded the Most Promising Project prize, granting a place at the The Write Retreat in Mallorca presented by law firm TEGOS.

TV BEATS PRESENTS NEW SERIES IN DEVELOPMENT AND SCREENINGS OF COMPLETED SERIES
As part of Industry@Tallinn &; Baltic Event, the TV Beats will once again spotlight the best in European scripted series. This year’s TV Beats Co-Financing Market, held for the fifth time, will feature eight exciting new series projects with strong international potential, a selection offering a panorama of enriching storytelling from across Europe.
Taking place on 17-18 November 2025, the pitching session will see seven projects compete for the Council of Europe Series Co-Production Development Award, valued at €50,000.
In addition, for the second consecutive year, TV Beats Screenings will present five newly completed drama series to international sales agents, distributors, and TV industry professionals. The 2025 line-up includes productions from the Nordics, Eastern Europe, and Spain, featuring collaborations with Canal+ and HBO Max Spain.

JUST FILM INDUSTRY DAYS 2025: SHAPING THE FUTURE OF CHILDREN’S AND YOUTH CINEMA

The 3rd edition of Just Film Industry Days will take place from November 19–22, 2025, bringing together filmmakers, educators, and young creators to explore the future of children’s and youth cinema.
The section features two pitching sessions, panels on film education, distribution, and the evolving role of festivals, as well as networking events like Fckup Night with KIDS Regio.
With workshops for emerging filmmakers and discussions on creativity, culture, and industry trends, this year’s edition promises four inspiring days of collaboration and discovery.

SHORTS INDUSTRY SHORTCUT RETURNS TO SUPPORT EMERGING FILMMAKERS
The Shorts Industry Shortcut (SIS) unveils its programme for the second edition, taking place 14-15 November 2025 in Tallinn, Estonia. The two-day event supports emerging filmmakers and explores the latest trends in short filmmaking while fostering collaboration between Baltic and international short film communities.
