The Bulgarian new agency BTA reported that the agreement was concluded by TV Evropa board chairman Emil Stoyanov and Karl von Habsburg Lothringen of the Altelys media group in Vienna on June 16. Stevia is part of the Altelys group, a European media company.The company is also said to be looking at other media properties in Eastern Europe.

Austrian firm acquires stake in Bulgarian channel
