The Board of the Eurimage Fund, which met in Paris in mid-December, agreed to support the co-production of 12 feature films for a total amount of €4.380,000 (http://www.coe.int/t/dg4/eurimages/default_en.asp). Four Hungarian films were among the 23 films whose applications were considered.

Annecy Grand Prix winner Aron Gauder (The District) received €480,000 for his second Hungarian-Icelandic animation feature film Egill, which has an estimated budget of €3.5 million.

The Bulgarian-Hungarian co production Mission London by director Dimitar Mitovski and Hungarian co-producer Laszlo Kantor received support of €170,000. The estimated budget of Mission London is €1.1 million.

The Board supported 29 of the 33 films which applied for distribution support, including one Hungarian film.

Since its establishment in 1988, Eurimages has supported 1,237 European co-productions from its 33 member states for a total amount of approximately €360 million.
