VILNIUS: The Lithuanian comedy I Am A Star / Aš žvaigždė directed by Robert Kuliunas debuted in the number one spot in Lithuania and racked up 22,500 admissions with 127,000 EUR in box office.
PRAGUE: The Institute of Documentary Film will focus on the rise of populist regimes in CEE territories for the 2018 East Doc Platform, 3-9 March 2018. The largest industry event dedicated to documentary filmmaking in the region will take place during the One World International Human Rights Documentary Film Festival in Prague.

BERLIN: The Eurimages Co-Production Development Award, endowed with 20,000 euros, was presented to the project The War Has Ended directed by Hagar Ben Asher, represented by the producers from Madants of Poland, Match Factory Productions (Germany) and Transfax Film Productions (Israel). The prize money is intended as a project development grant from the European film subsidy organisation Eurimages.
