Get Low, an Aarona Schneider's film with cinematography by David Boyd an music composed by Jan A.P. Kaczmarek will open the 17th edition of the International Film Festival of the Art of Cinematography PLUS CAMERIMAGE. The film produced by Dean Zanuck in coproduction with the Polish partners; TVN (Dariusz Gąsiorowski, Justyna Pawlak) and Konrad Wojterkowski. The producers, director and the cinematographer will be our special guests at the Opening Ceremony. Get Low is also the first film that has been selected for the Main Competition and is nominated to the Golden Frog 2009, the Grand Prix of this year's PLUS CAMERIMAGE.

European Film Promotion (EFP) is going to present three of the best young actors from across Europe selected as 2009 SHOOTING STARS with their latest films at the
European Film Forum Scanorama in Vilnius/Lithuania (November 5-7, 2009).
This section of the 17th International Film Festival of the Art of Cinematography PLUS CAMERIMAGE will present recent Polish film productions selected from all the entries submitted this year. During the Festival, they will be judged by the members of the international Jury comprising internationally acclaimed film professionals. The cinematographer and director of the best movie will be awarded at the Closing Ceremony.
Jihlava IDFF 2009 starts on October 27
The 25th Warsaw Film Festival ended on Sunday, 18 October.
The film for the WFF's closing, screened in the 777-seat room 1 of Multikino Złote Tarasy, was the Polish production Zero directed by Paweł Borowski. The director came to the screening straight from the Pusan film festival where his film had taken part in the newly established Flash Forward competition.
