Each year ScripTeast selects best scripts written by Eastern European scriptwriters, develops them and presents them at Cannes Film Festival. Writers of all the projects will be present at the Cannes Film Festival (May 10th – 16th) and will be contenders for the Krzysztof Kieślowski ScripTeast Award 2018 for the Best Eastern European Script.
The second workshop of MIDPOINT Feature Launch and Shorts, as well as the first edition of MIDPOINT Intensive Serbia successfully wrapped up on May 3 in Belgrade, Serbia, welcoming 43 participants with 17 promising projects, together with 18 tutors.

RIGA: Aija Berzina represents Latvia at the European Film Promotion’s 2018 Producers on the Move event taking place 10-14 May during the Cannes Film Festival.
