TV Beats, the drama series-focused strand of Industry@Tallinn &; Baltic Event, will showcase a record 31 drama series projects in various stages of development during its 2025 edition alongside insightful panel discussions.
This year’s programme brings together several key initiatives: the TV Beats Co-Financing Market, MIDPOINT Series Launch, two new sections, Series Bridges Baltics and Coming Soon, as well as the Screening Day offering an extensive overview of the most exciting new projects in the region and Europe.

In 2025, Industry@Tallinn &; Baltic Event will present 18 promising film projects in production or post-production. They span three tracks: Baltic Event, International, and Just Film - showcasing both new voices and veteran directors.
The International slate includes eight proejcts from across Europe and beyond, including Ukraine, Spain (Catalonia), Germany, and Turkey. Highlights include Salen Las Lobas, The Convulsions, Rahma, Superbuhei, and two touching Ukrainian entries: Kira’s Dream and Crickets Sing in the Rye.
In the Baltic Event, six projects will be screened — featuring debuts like Something Real (Estonia/Lithuania) and Kingpins (Latvia), as well as mid-career works such as Lex Julia and Mo Hunt.
In the Just Film section, four titles explore youthful journeys and magical realism: Tanit, Suiza, Office of Magical Forces, and Morten.
From November 20-21 at Apollo Plaza cinemas, attendees can view the selected projects and connect with festival programmers, agents, and funders.
JOIN THE DISCOVERY CAMPUS MASTERCLASSES WITH WORLD-CLASS MENTORS IN TALLINN

The Discovery Campus, organized by the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival and Industry@Tallinn & Baltic Event, invites young film professionals and students to take part in an inspiring lineup of masterclasses and lectures led by internationally acclaimed mentors.

SERIES MANIA INSTITUTE'S SERIAL BRIDGES BALTICS CONNECT BALTIC TALENT TO THE EUROPEAN MARKET

Series Mania Institute, Europe's leading institution entirely dedicated to series, is continuing the international development of its Serial Bridges workshop.
Organized from November 13-17, 2025, in Tallinn, Estonia, during Industry@Tallinn and Baltic Event, the new session will bring together six screenwriter-producer duos from Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania, each with a series project with strong international potential in several genres: espionage, thriller, horror, and comedy.
The workshop will conclude on November 17, 2025, with a public pitch session at TV Beats. A professional jury will award the best project, which will receive an invitation to participate in the Series Mania Forum 2026 in Lille, a must-attend event for the European series industry.
INDUSTRY@TALLINN & BALTIC EVENT CERTIFIED AS A SUSTAINABLE EVENT FOR THE SECOND TIME IN 2025

We are extremely happy that for the second time, Industry@Tallinn &; Baltic Event has been officially audited by Greentime and recognized as a Certified Sustainable Event. The Sustainable Events certification is a quality seal developed by Greentime to advance sustainability efforts within the event industry.
This year’s programme will again highlight global discussions on climate change, social justice, and sustainable production. Among the key events are the Sustainable Filmmaking Workshop with Zsófia Szemerédy, which explores how to integrate environmental and social impact into film development and production, while presenting these efforts in funding applications, and Behind the Scenes of Intimacy with Pia Rickman, focusing on creating safe, respectful, and inclusive on-set environments.
SUSTAINABILITY AT INDUSTRY@TALLINN & BALTIC EVENT

At Industry@Tallinn &; Baltic Event 2025, emerging film professionals will take take the centre of the stage. Around 80 young talents will participate in various labs offering them the chance to join masterclasses and workshops led by renowned mentors, and to build meaningful relationships within the international film community.
The flagship programmes include the Tallinn Industry Academy 2025 - for emerging professionals in the field of film circulation - and the mentorship initiative Breaking Into the Industry for aspiring producers working with seasoned mentor Katriel Schory.
Alongside the two programmes mentioned above, the second edition of Generative AI Atelier welcomes a select group of enthusiasts to explore the rapidly evolving world of generative AI and its impact on the creative and content industries.
