Czech telco Volny, whose formal name is Telekom Austria Czech Republic a.s., has extended coverage of its IPTV service via more than half a million telephone lines in the Czech Republic.
Volny TV will soon be available in the Prague districts of Bohnice and Kobylisy, and further locations are preparation stages, the company said in a statement Nov. 13.
Currently, Volny TV is available on more than 500,000 fixed lines in the Czech Republic: in Prague, Brno, Ústí nad Labem, Hradec Králové and Plzeň. Volny will extend coverage to further locations in the coming months.
As part of its expansion, the company is offering half a year of Volny TV for free.to neew customers.
