Cinepolitica International Film Festival is dedicated to films with predominantly political themes united under the slogan "We make no politics other than the politics of cinema".

People vs. Fritz Bauer by Lors Kraume will open the festival and The Childhood of a Leader by Brady Corbet will close it. A Special Programme will feature a debate on terrorism and migration in Europe and the screening of the documentary Survival or Public Service? Mikó Imre and the Security by Domokos Janos.

The jury is composed of: Nicolae Breban, Florin Iaru, Lajos Aáry-Tamás and Marius Chivu. The festival will wrap on 17 April 2016.
