Of the applications, one was rejected due to the ineligiblity of the applicant.

The total funds requested amounted to 6,050,038 EUR. The fund will distribute 1.7m EUR with results to be announced on 15 November. The amount to be distributed is 660,000 less than was available in session 2/2013.

The current session will award grants in the fields of feature films, documentaries, animated films, educational films, and coproductions. The greatest number of applications was in the area of documentary films, a field that has proved especially successful internationally for Slovak filmmakers in recent years.
