    Audiovisual Women & Series’ Women 4th Edition Launch
    Our Female Leadership Programmes are launching the application phase for the fourth round.

    Are you a woman working in the media industry and wondering how to take your career to the next level? Then AUDIOVISUAL WOMEN and SERIES’ WOMEN could be the boost you need!

    These Female Leadership programmes are specifically directed to female professionals in mid- to senior-level management positions. Series' Women is geared to female producers with a drama series project. It combines business and leadership topics with understanding how to pitch and position your series project in the European film and tv landscape. Audiovisual Women is made for female professionals along the audiovisual production value chain – whether you are a producer of feature films, documentaries or web videos, a postproduction or VFX coordinator, a Line producer or a commissioning editor for a TV network or streaming service.

    Improve your entrepreneurial and leadership skills, learn how to navigate innovation and change management in a VUCA world and how to let the industry know about your outstanding achievements. Over the course on 4 months, you will receive a mix of personal business coaching and hands-on seminars to learn how to navigate the industry landscape and place your project successfully. You will round off your skills with two market visits at the Film Festival Gothenburg and at Series Mania in Lille!
