Now in its second edition, WINECAST returns as Georgia’s only international festival where cinema and wine meet in unforgettable places. From 20–24 August 2025, the festival unfolds across two iconic venues: the Tbilisi Wine Museum and the historic Château Mukhrani, bringing together filmmakers, producers, writers, and wine lovers from around the world and offering a cinematic and sensory journey like no other.
After its successful 2024 debut at the Radisson Collection Tsinandali, where it welcomed nearly 1,000 guests and spotlighted the USA in partnership with the American Film Showcase, the U.S. Embassy in Georgia, and the USDA, WINECAST now turns its focus to Europe. The 2025 The program includes bold new voices in European cinema, international competition films, regionally rooted gems, and a curated selection of Georgian and international wines. Expect screenings, tastings, workshops, industry talks, and long, slow evenings filled with music and conversation.
Highlights include:
- Over 30 fiction and documentary screenings
- 30 Georgian wineries and 10 international producers
- Curated film & wine pairings
- Daily masterclasses, workshops, live music, and cultural evenings
The first three days (Aug 20–22) will be hosted in the heart of Tbilisi, while the final two (Aug 23–24) take place at Château Mukhrani, blending cinematic storytelling with the beauty and depth of Georgian winemaking.
