Miroslav Krobot's original script chronicling the pitfalls of love in a small Moravian town, Nowhere (Díra u Hanušovic), is filming in the Czech Republic's Jeseniky mountains, which form and shape the story, according to the director.

Robert Adrian Pejo, the Romanian-born writer-director who won praise for Dallas Among Us in 2005 and for The Camera Murderer at Karlovy Vary in 2010, has announced he is shooting his fourth feature, Paw, recounting the life of a legendary rescue dog Mancs, in Hungary.

The team behind crowdfunding pioneer Iron Sky has announced they have raised more than 139,000 EUR via the same source, using IndieGoGo, to develop Moon Nazi sequel Iron Sky II – The Coming Race, scheduled to start production in early 2015.
