Festivals 09-04-2013Outstanding examples of Turkish and world cinema will again compete for the National and International Golden Tulip Competitions of the Istanbul Film Festival, organised by the Istanbul Foundation for Culture and Arts (IKSV) 30 March-14 April. The competition screenings will be held from 8 to 13 April and the awards will be presented at the closing and award ceremony of the festival at Cemal Reşit Rey Concert Hall on Sunday, 14 April.
