DUBROVNIK: The mayor of Dubrovnik Andro Vlahusic has said that the negotiations to shoot the 25th film in the James Bond franchise in the Croatian town are in an advanced stage, according to reports in local media.

It is not known yet who will replace the director Sam Mendes or if Daniel Craig will still play Bond.

Dubrovnik has become one of the most appealing locations in Europe. Lionsgate’s Robin Hood: Origins, directed by Otto Bathurst, started shooting in Dubrovnik on 20 February 2017. This is the biggest Hollywood production to be shot in Croatia to date. Pakt Media is servicing.
